Since 1946, we’ve been a family owned and operated Michigan egg producer, and have supplied farm-fresh eggs to markets all around the world. All our eggs are laid by hens right here on our farm. In fact, each egg is packed within 24 hours of being laid; now that’s fresh. We are United Egg Producers Certified which means we care about the welfare of our hens and follow responsible production methods. We hope you enjoy our eggs as much as we do!
UPDATE on NEW ANIMAL WELFARE LEGISLATION!!
Recently, House Resolution (HR) 3798 came onto the legislative scene as an amendment to the Egg Products Inspection Act. What this would do is allow all of the 300 million egg laying hens throughout this great country to experience the same humane treatment that our hens at VandeBunte Eggs receive (check out our “Happy Chickens” page for more details!). This legislation came from a historic agreement between the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) and the United Egg Producers (UEP). And, we need your help! Use the link below to contact your US Congressperson to voice your support for HR 3798 for the betterment of animal welfare and to sustain the egg industry for future generations!
